STUTKO VADIM
General Director of SK Hotel Management
Graduated from the International Independent Ecological-Political University with a degree in global economics and international relations. Subsequently received a second degree in translation studies. In 2005 he started his career in hospitality industry at the Moscow Marriott Tverskaya Hotel. Over 6 years he went from the bellboy position to the deputy front office manager. Participated in the opening of the first Hilton hotel in Russia and later in the opening of the Russia’s first luxury hotel Lotte Hotel Moscow. In 2011 he joined the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee, where he was responsible for accommodation and guest services in the Olympic and Paralympic villages. In the fall of 2014 he became a part of the SK Hotel Management team as the General manager of SK Royal Tula 5*, then continued as the General manager of SK Royal Hotel Moscow 4*. He currently works as general manager in the SK Hotel Management Company.
KOGAN MARGARITA
Chief Operating Officer, SK Hotel Management
Graduated from Kaluga State University named after K. E. Tsiolkovsky with a degree in Social and Cultural Service and Tourism. Since 2012, she began the career in the company as an assistant sales manager. A few years later, she assumed the duties of a leading manager of the service department, where she took part in the unification of hotels into the SK Royal Hotels brand, in the opening of the hotel "from scratch", participated in the development of a system for evaluating the service of hotel facilities under the management of SK Hotel Management, engaged in recruitment and training of staff. He is an expert in service and hospitality.
Since 2017, she has become the General Manager of the SK Royal Kaluga Hotel. She was engaged in organizing the placement of the Senegalese national team during the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Currently, she is the Chief Operating Officer, SK Hotel Management.
ANNA GLYBINA
Director of marketing and advertising of SK Hotel Management
Despite the degree of the candidate of chemical sciences, has more than 10 years of experience in the field of marketing. She was the head of the advertising department of the international tour operator TUI. Headed the marketing departments of the tourism operators of the Southern Cross, Zeus travel. In 2014 joined the team of SK Hotel Management as Director of marketing.
OLEG BORISOV
F&B Director of SK Hotel Management
Graduated from GMUEDI im. Gnessin, started his career in the restaurant business in 2004. He went through all the steps from waiter to manager.

Over 20 years of working in the restaurant business, he has opened 7 restaurants with "0". In 2018, he joined the position of Chief Operating Officer, and then moved to the position of Restaurant Service Manager at the Wellna Spa Resort country hotel.
Since 2021, he has been working as a Restaurant service Manager at the Kwan Ski Resort and the SK Royal Hotels chain.
Currently, he holds the position of Director of the SK Hotel Management restaurant department.
CHORNOMYZ OLGA
Head of the Service Department of SK Hotel Management
In 2016 she graduated from the Russian International Academy of Tourism.
As a student, in 2013 she took up the duties of the Reception Department Administrator at the SK Royal Kaluga 4 * Hotel, and in 2015 she was transferred to the Kaluga Historical Hotel as the Head of Reception Department. In 2017, she moved to the SK Royal Kaluga 4 * hotel as the Head of Reception Department.
Having studied the entire process of operation of accommodation facilities from the inside, she 1.01.2024 assumed the duties of Director of Quality Assurance and Standardization Procedures of the management company SK Hotel Management. SK Royal.
YURI OBALAEV
IT Director SK Hotel Management
Graduated Uglich instrument College with a degree in maintenance of CNC machines and RTK, higher education received with a degree in management. Last 9 years worked as IT Manager in hotels of Russian and international brands. In 2016, Yuri joined the team SK Hotel Management as the head of IT department. Areas of professional interest include automation and management of IT infrastructure of the hotels.

Graduated from the International Independent Ecological-Political University. His specialty is «World Economy and International Relations». He had also received a second degree in the specialty linguist and translator. In 2005, he started his career in hospitality industry at the hotel Moscow Marriott Tverskaya. For 6 years he has gone from receptionist to Deputy Head of the service of reception and accommodation. He participated in the opening of its first hotel of Hilton brand in Russia. He has also worked at the opening of the first Russian luxury hotel segment of Lotte Hotel Moscow. In 2011 he has joined the ANO "Organizing Committee "Sochi 2014", where he was responsible for accommodation and guest services in the Olympic villages. In the fall of 2014 he has joined the team of SK Royal heading the post of General Director SK Royal Tula 5*. Currently he is the General Director of SK Royal Hotel Moscow 4*.
EVGINIY KONDRATOVICH
General Director of SK Royal Tula 5*
He is a graduate of the Russian Presidential Academy of Entrepreneurship. In the restaurant and hotel business since 1999, he started as a waiter and went through all the steps of the industry. Over more than 25 years of experience in the field of hospitality and management, he has led large restaurant clusters, organized events for top government officials and international corporations, and has successful experience in launching projects from scratch and developing franchise networks. A regular participant in industry conferences, seminars and exhibitions, he continuously improves his managerial skills both in Russia and abroad. Since August 2025, he has been the head of the SK Royal Tula 5* team.
