"Kwan" is the best ski hotel in Russia

19th February in Moscow took place the awarding ceremony of the First national award in the field of Russian Hospitality Awards 2015, where around 100 hotels from all over Russia fought for the title of best in 18 categories. The project of group of companies "Tashir" ski resort "Kwan" (Kaluga) walked the most famous hotels in Russia in the category "best ski hotel" and recognized as the best in the country. The award was received by CEO of the management company of the hotel SK Hotel Management (member of Group "Tashir") Polina Kochenkova. Ms. Kosenkova thanked all the jury members for the high appreciation and noted the importance of this award for the complex, which for the six years of its existence, earned the recognition of athletes and tourists from all over Russia. Ski resort "Kwan" is located in a picturesque place near the river Oka, close to the city centre of Kaluga. On the vast grounds of 19 hectares situated: hotel, ski trails and lifts, developed infrastructure for all kinds of winter and summer recreational opportunities, fitness center and recreation center. An important feature of the complex "Kwan" is the original design of the slides: the main track starts directly from the roof of a five-story hotel building and then flows smoothly into natural slope. Hospitality Awards for many years been held in major cities of Europe. In 2015, the prize was first held on the territory of the Russian Federation and was attended by leading representatives of the hospitality business in the country. The main objectives of this award are the development and prosperity of hospitality industry in Russia and increase its tourist appeal. Along with the winner - the complex "Kwan" - for the title of best ski resort of the Russian Hospitality Awards 2015 fought Olympic hotels Sochi, including: Rixos Krasnaya Polyana Sochi, Sochi Marriott Krasnaya Polyana, Solis Sochi Hotel, Golden Tulip Rosa Khutor, as well as the hotel aldego Village Hotel & SPA (resp.Bashkorkostan).
